My Paper World

Hi,

This is my entry for the http://mypaperworld.blogspot.com/ sketch challenge.

My mum bought me some papers which I thought would only be suitable for 'male' cards but managed to colour the image to match and I think it turned out ok.

Wanted to make a thankyou card for someone so used the sketch for that

Papers by Overton House Designs and some bits of scrap, coloured with pencils, all other things from stash.

Hope to pop back later with some more cards

No card to share tonight, busy making some bracelet cards for my friend who makes jewellery, maybe I can show them tomorrow. Then I'm on to my entry for My Paper World, I already have an idea in my head so it shouldn't take that long! LOL!

This is my entry for the http://papertakeweekly.blogspot.com/ sketch challenge. It was set by Katharina and was so much fun to work with. I've not really done many cards with the image at an angle like this, but I really enjoyed it and I think I will definately try it again

cute card thursday

Hi,

Thursday again already? how did that happen!! Anyway been working on a card for a few days now as it was for a friend to give to her daughter and this is what I came up with. The only criteria was that it had to be pink (I think I managed it LOL!)

I also want to enter it in the cute card thursday challenge which this week happens to be 'people'.

Tilda and Co Challenge

Hi,

This is my entry for the Tilda and Co Challenge using the template supplied. A great template to work with, simple but lots of stunning variations possible using different colours. Tilda stamp (as required!) coloured with water and Marvy pens, paper by Stacy Claire Boyd and Prima flower.

cute card thursday

Hi,

This is my entry for cute card thursday - see link below - the theme was all creatures great and small so i went for the hedgehog from Penny Black (the only creature I have!) and a little butterfly which I made 3D, the papers are s.e.i. I think, I coloured with watercolour pencils and paper pieced part of the present.

a plea!

Hi,

I was just wondering if anyone had the rainy day tilda stamp which they could stamp and send me? My friend has been diagnosed with something (don't want to give any details) and I thought it would be perfect to tell her I care and that it will soon pass, but unfortunately I do not have it and everwhere seems to be sold out at the moment.

I would be ever so grateful to anyone who can help

first prima!!

Would just like to show you a card I made including my first ever prima flower - can you believe it took me so long, how did I ever manage without them!

Sketch inspired by Kimmie at http://kraftinkimmieskorner.blogspot.com/(she is really fantastic, you should check it out), Magnolia stamp coloured with my Marvy pens and watercoloured (if that makes sense), paper by Stacy Claire Boyd.

new for old

Hi everyone,

Sorry haven't been able to post for a few days - I had some cards made up but because my camera is so rubbish LOL! I have to remember to take photos in the daylight, which thankfully I did today (hence the title, new post, old cards)

I will post a few at a time just to let you know what I've been up to - enjoy!

Big thanks to Diane W for the blog candy she sent me, it was scrummy!! I'm sure I'll be able to make some lovely new cards, thanks a bunch
